Her background includes senior HSE management experience, including HSE Manager and Country Safety Manager responsibilities, supporting the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of safety, health, and environmental programs across complex project settings.

Her experience includes developing and implementing HSE programs, preparing project-specific safety plans, managing compliance documentation, reviewing job hazard analyses, conducting site, workplace, accommodation, engineering-related, and compliance inspections, supporting internal and external audits, tracking corrective and preventive actions, and helping project teams maintain practical and audit-ready HSE systems.
